The Curiosity Approach

The Curiosity Approach encourages us to create the ‘thinkers & doers’ of the future.

We are incredibly proud that our Lang Lane location was the first accredited setting in the North West. Our Park Road and Early Years Centre are well on the way to gaining their accreditation.

Part of that is making sure that as practitioners, we are empowered to create meaningful and mindful spaces and to put the child at the centre of every activity.

Our settings are calm and welcoming spaces which we believe benefits the children and invites them to play and learn bringing curiosity, awe and wonder to each child’s day at Small Steps.

Our rooms have been transformed to inspire our children to learn through thoughtful play.
