We welcome children who are eligible for government-funded places. A child becomes eligible for funded hours at the start of the term after their birthday. The amount of funding available varies depending on your child’s age and eligibility and is allocated by the local authority. Funding is Term Time only and is stretched across each term. Government funding contributes towards to the cost of your child’s educational sessions for either 15 or 30 hours per week; however, it may not cover the full cost of care. Any additional hours, services or consumables such as meals and resources outside of the funded entitlement will be chargeable at your child’s funding rate. Our teams are happy to discuss individual funding arrangements and answer any questions you may have.

Please be aware that fees are reviewed annually.

Holidays Absence and Notice

The Nursery is closed on all statutory Bank Holidays and for 5 working days over the Christmas / New Year period.

Fees are payable at the full rate for these periods.

Children who should attend on Bank Holidays will have their day changed where possible, so they don’t miss a session. This must be used within the week that the Bank Holiday falls.

Fees are payable at the full rate for all periods of a child’s absence including holidays and sickness.

A month’s notice is required by either party to terminate a child’s place in the Nursery. Any change in agreed sessions requires one month’s notice in writing. Requests to change an invoice will be subject to an administration fee.

Changes to fees start from the 1st of the month if possible.
